This website is about mindfulness, how to meditate and the art of conscious living.
It is based on the belief that we can all live more fulfilling lives by being more aware of what is happening within and around us. This site will provide guided meditations and articles sharing tips and techniques on how to live more mindfully. Meditation and being more mindful can:

I have always had a passion for teaching and empowering others to reach for their (im)possible future. Teaching french to elementary and middle school students, developing and giving presentations on effectiveness, goal setting and time/stress management, as well as coaching colleagues have all contributed to my interest in teaching meditation. About 6 years ago, during a very stressful time, I started meditating as a way to cope. Since then, my stress levels decreased while my ability to focus, process emotion and flow with change greatly increased. My life is so much more fulfilling from being mindful and living in the moment as much as possible. I believe that anyone can learn the basics of meditation and how to integrate more mindfulness into their lives.
